Cashcow operates within the affiliate industry servicing online gaming companies. It has been operational for over a year, and after having experienced constant growth, it is now looking for the right person to bring its finance function in-house and build the finance team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for bringing the finance function in-house and possibly building the finance team to support the company as it grows. The person will liaise with the current service provider to ensure a proper hand-over is given and all company documents are housed within its premises. The person will initially report to our external financial consultant for as long as necessary until the finance function is operating as it should. This person will also report to the CEO and COO of the company.
The main responsibilities will be predominantly to compile monthly sales and KPI reports, perform all necessary bookkeeping tasks (sales, purchases, banks), VAT reporting and submissions, computing payroll and ensuring salaries are paid on time and processing payments to suppliers.
More senior tasks include the preparation of monthly management accounts and various other ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by the business. The person shall also be responsible for setting up all internal controls and monthly reconciliations. The candidate will also be responsible for the annual audit and other official company filings.

Qualifications, experience & requirements
- Certified Public Accountant (B. Accountancy or ACCA) required
- Excellent excel skills
- A working knowledge of the online industry and tech-savvy
- Previous affiliate experience preferred.
- IFRS reporting and compiling financial statements according to IFRS
- The candidate must be responsible, mature, motivated and driven.
