Cashcow Ltd is looking for an Office Assistant to help run the Malta office in St Julians. 

A good Office Assistant has excellent written and verbal communication that allows them to compose documents and participate in positive interactions with other staff and visitors in person and over the phone.  

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of office assistant responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills, organizational and planning skills
  • Strong Computer skills 
  • Knowledge how things work in Malta
  • Own Transport

Responsibilities: 

  • Administration ADHOC tasks including but not limited to answering phone calls, courier coordination, organizing office supplies and greeting office visitors, print, scan & file documents.
  • Office upkeep
    • Cleaners
    • Vendors
    • Shopping (coffee, fruits, etc.)
  • Health and safety 
  • Events 
    • Breakfast & Lunches
    • Seasonal Event Coordination 
  • Expenses 
  • Travel bookings
  • Email administration
